ZEPHYR
The poolside cafè and bar is a thatched verandah fringed by lush greenery. A cool, shaded place to pause for a breather and bond with friends over scrumptious, light Continental snacks and chilled smoothies inspired by local flavours, after a long, lazy swim. Lounge with a book and a cappuccino on the large cane sofas you can sink into. Try the complex flavours of pan Asian fare amidst a marine ambience, with the cool west wind the restaurant is named after, wafting gently by.

CHEMEEN & MADIRA
Named after a famous Malayalam film that tells of life in Kerala, Chemeen, our speciality seafood restaurant, is an eclectic space designed as an informal, open pavilion. Feast on the catch of the day, grilled in butter or curried in north Indian, Thai or spicy south Indian styles, while relaxing in a courtyard looking out over the picturesque view of water, palm trees and Chinese fishing nets. Posters from the film add a quirky touch to the atmosphere.

Offering the perfect accompaniment to seafood is Madira, the bar. Wind down or live it up with an excellent selection of mocktails. Warmed by the sunset over the placid lake you can nibble on an array of appetisers with a Polynesian twist, as well as tandoori specialities presented on a heated sigri.
